Hello, I’m Krystal, a psychiatric medication management specialist with a passion for understanding and supporting my patients. I’ve spent my career since the age of 19 immersed in mental health, driven by a desire to help individuals achieve happiness and fulfillment.

Having grown up in a family of mental health professionals, including my mother and grandmother who were mental health nurses, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of mental illness on individuals and their loved ones. This personal connection fuels my passion for providing compassionate care and support to those in need.

I believe you are the expert in your own life. That’s why I involve you in every decision about your treatment, explaining things thoroughly so you can make informed choices. This collaborative approach has led to positive outcomes for many of my patients.

The challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic taught me the profound importance of social connection, physical activity, and a strong support system in maintaining mental well-being. I bring this knowledge to our work together, ensuring we address all aspects of your life.

Krystal offers in-person and telehealth appointments every Wednesday from 4PM-8PM and Saturdays 8AM-4PM CT. She is currently accepting new patients aged 16 and up.
