Rates & Insurance

At Luminary, we strive to make our services accessible and affordable to everyone who needs them. Below you will find information about our rates and accepted insurance plans.

Psychiatry Rates: Our standard rate for an intake is $300 and for follow-up services is $150.

Counseling Rates: Our standard rate is $150 per hour. 

Cancellation / No Show Fees: You may cancel a session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours advance notice. Failure to provide any notice (a no-show) will result in a full session charge. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in you being charged a $75 fee. No shows will be charged a $150 fee. You may speak with the administrative staff if a special circumstance has occurred. Unless your insurer is Medicaid/Medicare/Tricare, a credit card must be on file 24 hours before the first session.

We also offer a sliding scale fee based on income for those who may need financial assistance. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of their financial situation.
