Nicole Xanders Danler, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, Derby, Kansas

Nicole Xanders-Danler is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing psychiatric care in an outpatient setting. Nicole found her calling in the mental health field while working as a nurse for Larned State Hospital in 2010. She has worked in psychiatric services for Ascension Via Christi for the last thirteen years.

With extensive knowledge of the mental health system and its growing need for healthcare providers, Nicole returned to graduate school and received her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University in 2020. Upon graduation, she began working at COMCARE, which serves as Sedgwick County’s sole community mental health center. She served as a provider for the Sedgwick County Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, managing high-risk chronically mentally ill patients with multiple barriers to care, including homelessness.

Nicole’s focus and specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dementia, and schizophrenia.

Nicole offers in-person and telehealth appointments every Tuesday and Wednesday 8AM-5PM and Thursdays 11AM-8PM at the Wichita office. She provides care every Friday 8AM-5PM and every other Monday 11AM-8PM and every other Saturday 9AM-5PM at the Derby office. She is accepting new patients ages 14 and up.
